If anyone is looking for a new dog you may want to head down to the Wake County Shelter and help save one of these pups. I want to applaud this woman for wanting to do the right thing, but having a dead puppy is totally shady unless it died just when the animal control got there. It says the rest are in fair condition, but clearly she just could not reasonably care for all of them. It's too bad there was nobody who told her she was getting carried away before it got to this.
