What kinda jerk hits a motorcycle and runs away. Hitting a car and taking off is bad enough, but a motorcycle is 100 times worse. Its really a shame that people feel they have no other recourse than to take the law into their own hands, but I can speak from experience that I have had very little satisfaction the legal way.
