So I recently got one of those spiffy enameled cast iron Dutch ovens. Not the ones you use on a campfire. It's like Le Crueset, but I didn't spend that kind of $$. It's huge and heavy, LOL, and just sitting on my stove begging to be used. Obviously soups, stews, chili, etc. What else do you fix in yours? :allears:

Must be Dutch Oven means something other than what I know it as because I wouldn't eat anything that came out of one.

That was my brothers standard Honeymoon gift! Any question why he has gone through two wives and no future takers.
