Eaves Named Clayton High Principal, Eno Named AP at SSS

    Clayton High Successor, SSS Assistant Principal Approved and Named

    The Johnston County Board of Education has approved the
    recommendation to name Clint Eaves to serve as principal of Clayton High
    School, effective March 1. Eaves, the district's Assistant Principal of
    the Year, succeeds long-time principal Jerry Smith, who will retire
    March 1 after 12 years.

    The Board also named Joseph Eno as an Assistant Principal at
    Smithfield-Selma Senior High School. Eno comes to the district from the
    Wake County schools.
