The tenants at University Manor I in Buies Creek, which is a low-income complex for the elderly and disabled. They are going to be losing their homes after some have lived there for over 17 years, just so the owner can rent the apts to college students and make more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-(

with the rates that assisted living and rest homes charge, i have a hard time believing someone could make more money off of renting to college students...let's see....5000 a month for elderly, 500 a month for college students? doesn't add up
