Anyone have Embrace Home Loans which used to be AFS? Are they good.? Looked up on BBB and looks OK with average complaints. Just wanting to see if anyone has anything good or bad to say about them before I think of refinancing with them. Thanks!
Hmm. These reviews don't seem very promising: http://themortgageinsider.net/mortgage-reviews/embrace-home-loans-mortgage-review.html Their website looks good, but it's odd that they don't list their rates on their website, even after you give them your information.
So then maybe it is too good to be true type company? They did have a few complaints about false advertising.
