Has anyone heard if the so called Emergency Unemployment Benefits currently being offered will be extended past December 2009? In other words can one still apply for them in February 2010 after regular Unemployment Compensation runs out? On another matter-what if your claim expires but you still have money left over in your claim profile? Thanks in advance!
One more thing if one was to file for unemployment compensation in February of next year would it than be correct to assume that the applicable quarters would be the last quarter of 2008 and the first three quarters of 2009?
Just called the Smithfield Unemployment office,but they were not able to tell me much of anything concerning the Emergency Unemploment Benefits :?
