Does anyone have any experience dealing with any law firms over an estate issue? The deceased lived in another state and the assets are in a third state. We are unsure of how to go about dealing with the issues arising from this situation. (It's a very complicated family problem.)
Jimmy Narron in Smithfield is the best in the field on estate matters. He may not be able to help you with an estate in another state, but it might be worth your while to have a consultation with him. He may know someone in the other state that he can refer you to.
Ditto on Jimmy Narron as the best in NC + his newer partner Jason Wentzel (He's a Clevelaner!) is excellent too.
