I am totally impressed with the new Tag Auto on Cleveland School Road. Their service is excellent. We have had 2 experiences so far. The first one was taking a vehicle in for inspection. They were backed up, over a 2 hour wait, but they took our name and called us when we could just run up and get it done. That doesn't happen too often. Our second experience was this holiday weekend. Our truck died in the Lowe's Hardware parking lot on Friday night. I called them at 7:15 Saturday morning. Not only did they go pick my truck up immediately, they ran a diagnostic and within just an hour or so I knew what was wrong and what the cost would be. Our truck was ready by 1 PM and the cost was what they had quoted. Again, sometimes not always the case. Give them a try. I, for one, love having an auto shop just down the street and owners who know what true service and customer care mean! They have definitely won any of my future auto repair business.
It's on Cleveland Road just past Shiloh Baptist Church as you're headed towards 42. My DH also went there and was very impressed.
I had an oil change done there when they first opened and was impressed as well! Took them less than 20 minutes. Hey DMJ, I just called and they do Brakes..I need mine done too!
