Getting very close to New Year's Resolution time.

I know there are a lot of fit and healthy people here, so I need advice on which is the best affordable exercise mat to buy. I've looked at different ones, and some are 10-20 bucks more than others, and I'm wondering why. No, I've never used one (yet).

What do you, or your friends, use?

I can tell you what not to get. Don't get those w/ the smooth cover that hav various exercises printed on them. They are very slippery. I almost busted my behind on it trying to do yoga!

I picked up a new one awhile back at TJMaxx that works good for yoga. It's textured/bumpy so you won't slip. I think it's a GAIAM brand, but I've seen other brands that look just like it there and at Walmart, too.
