We use Champion Pest Control and have always been pleased. we moved in 4 years ago and discovered termites in the garage after moving in. They treated and haven't been back since. He inspects our home every year, once a year. I believe it is around $75 for the yearly deal but don't quote me on that one. I honestly can't remember how much the treatment of the termites was at the time. Been too long ago. JUst know...they are GONE now and it's great.
