Does anyone use or know of a bug exterminator that doesn't require signing a contract who is reliable.
I have used Wood Pest Control for many years. Although I am under contract with them (I would rather prevent than treat...bug-o-phob here), they do not require a contract last I checked. The cool thing about them is if you do have a contract, if you ahve any problems in between your quarterly treatments they will come out at your request at no charge. So, if I see so much as a tiny lil' spider (they are all pretty big to me, though), they hear from me the next day!

Thanks for the options neighbors! The main problem with some pest Control companies is that when you sign a contract they believe that they have secured their funds. Terminix found out the hard way after I beat them twice in court after I refused to pay them for services not given.
I have heard that about that company before...that stinks bc they have been around for years! Luckily, I have never had that problem with the company I am with. Good luck to you!

Oh my! Guess my mom and I are lucky. She has been with them since mid-late 80's (I have a terrible memory) and I have been with them since 2000. So far, so good!
