I recently saw the thread for eye drops if someone is suffering from allergies, does anyone have any suggestions for otc drops that work for dry eyes? I have used Systane Ultra and have heard about Blink Tears but have not given them a try yet. The Systane drops are not to bad but don't quite get it.
    Thanks!

Gen Teal..... some of the best... Was highly recommended after Lasik was done... A tad pricey but worth it.

You are right off course and as I just found out online Gen Teal is not really anymore expensive than Blink so at this point I'll just get both ;) at this point something got to give-I'm tired of the burning in the eyes as well as tired of looking like I just smoked something I'm not supposed to........

I wasn't aware of how much the other drops are, I do know the small bottles of Gen Teal are around 8-9 bucks I think.. let us know which seems to work better for ya.

I have very dry eyes, i do not wear contacts. I tried the Restasis-very expensive and burns more than just a little, as their add says. My doctor recommended plugs for my tear ducts (it keeps what moisture you do produce from draining) and I have had great relief. I use artificial tears (saline) that I can get from walmart for 99 cents a bottle.
I have tried all the gels, drops that are supposed to relieve the dryness, but did not have great luck.
