Fastnachts?

Where can I find fastnachts to purchase, to celebrate Fastnacht Tuesday tomorrow? It seems no one knows what I am talking about when I ask at stores...thanks in advance!

Since I'm from Germany and today is Fastnacht(Mardi Gras) Tuesday I know what you're talking about In the region that I'm from they are called Kreppel (German donuts),they are fairly easy to make,here is a redcipe:http://www.food.com/recipe/fastnachts-german-doughnuts-62701?layout=desktop

We use to have so much fun w/ Faschings. Just a happy atmosphere, people were dressed in costumes, music played till VERY early hours and you couldn't help but have fun. Truly miss it even though it was since high school when I lived in Germany. Hope you can find what you're looking for.

I went to Lowes food, and they never heard of them either, but they have Paczkis, which is the Polish equivalent to a fastnacht, so that works for me! Happy Fastnacht day everyone!
