The use of artificial reproduction measures would all have to be noted if this were the case. The use of artificial insemination, surrogate mothers and embryo flushing is already common in the agricultural industry. Since there is no genetic manipulation there is no difference between the product of the original and the clone. The record keeping would be astronomical since there would be no other way to make such a determination.
