Posting here as I was asking where to look and feedback. Maybe shouldn't have posted in the job network (although I suppose it is...) I need some young people or a young person who has enough good sense to pick up a box and carry it out of a pod, take it into the garage, climb a ladder and put the box up on a loft shelf. Good sense meaning if it says FRAGILE - it does not get thrown or a heavy box of books doesn't get placed on top of it. We hired some people before who were suppose to understand that and now I have broken items that belonged to my mother. It's only a few hours and may be over two afternoons - how much is a reasonable wage? I've had people charge me $7.50 to $25 an hour and trust me - the $25/hr didn't do much different than the $7.50/hr. It was sad and really really aggravating. thank you! Martha
I'm not a younin' but I am usually free in the day and I did work for a moving co once apon a time, let me know if you need help, I work cheep:lol:
Looks like you have an adult answering and yes I agree that adults need money, as well, at this time. I certainly would not pay a teen over $7.50 per hour. I know teens that are responsible and need the money but I have some questions regarding your post. Will PM you with my questions. Sherry
I'm trying to clear enough room to put up the new shelves I got to move more things up where I can place them. I have to get rid of this pod. I'll be back once I have a better idea of where I'm at. Martha
