From WRAL: Clayton, N.C. — Clayton residents saw flames shooting into the sky Saturday night as a wildfire burned near the Walmart on Town Centre Boulevard. I just passed by there around 10:20 or so. Didnt see any flames but very high and very thick smoke. There was definitely some brush/trees on fire cause it had a very "woody" smell to it.
