It appears a Firehouse Subs will be opening in Clayton soon! There is a sign up in the little strip building at the corner of Shotwell & Business 70, next to Little Caesars and across from where they are building the new Cleveland Drafthouse. The store itself appears under construction so probably a couple of months before it opens. Love their subs, so I am definitely excited about this.
They must have had a soft opening last night, you should have seen the crowd of people down there, no where to park in that little area by Little Caesars and people waiting on the sidewalk to get in, alot of people inside too.
We tried Firehouse Subs this weekend. The food was great and the staff was very pleasant, providing top notch service. We will be back...often!
long wait. chicken salad very dry. cheese steak nothing special. more expensive than subway. maybe we ordered the wrong subs
Subs we have had there have been really good. I've had the N.Y. Steamer and the meatball, the hubbys favorite is the Italian.
