She does advertise on the site, too, I've seen her banner ads. So she's not just looking for free publicity.

not sure who you are renting thru now but have you called HomeTowne Realty, they have a few rentals around, not sure if any are open or not..

 

I am renting from an owner. I will give them a call in the morning. Do you know if they have a website?

I really was looking for a little feedback on first time home buyer seminars. I think there are alot of people in the area that can buy a house right now, would like to buy a house, but know know they can buy or where to begin. I am trying to help some people out. Before I went into real estate, and when I was a first time home buyer, I know I would have liked to be more informed about the process of buying a home.
