Are you thinking about buying your first home? I am a local Realtor and would like to hold a seminar, more like a question and answer for those of you that have thought about buying your first home, but don't know where to start. I'd love a little feedback to see if there are is any interest. Would you prefer just to sit down one-on-one to discuss your situation? Let me know. Reply to this post, or give me a call at 919-815-1356. Thanks! Lisa Kuyath RE/MAX Connected
Lisa, I predict a lot of negative comments coming your way! This is not the place to do advertising. You might want to review the posting guidelines before you do again. http://www.4042.com/4042forums/showthread.php?t=8256
She does advertise on the site, too, I've seen her banner ads. So she's not just looking for free publicity.
Thank you Lisa, I get tired of people using the site to improve their finical situation without also helping to support the site! Carry on! Hugh
not sure who you are renting thru now but have you called HomeTowne Realty, they have a few rentals around, not sure if any are open or not..
I am renting from an owner. I will give them a call in the morning. Do you know if they have a website?
Clayton Residential Rentals is a good source for local homes for rent. I really was looking for a little feedback on first time home buyer seminars. I think there are alot of people in the area that can buy a house right now, would like to buy a house, but know know they can buy or where to begin. I am trying to help some people out. Before I went into real estate, and when I was a first time home buyer, I know I would have liked to be more informed about the process of buying a home. Thanks.
