Found on Barber Mill Road near Slate Top and Lee Roads. He's young, unneutered, black and white and knows basic commands. Very loving and well mannered. I'd really like to find his family, because I'm already over the Restrictive Covenents for allowed dogs. You will need to describe him to bail him out.
