A small black pomeranian type dog was found (injured) near Cornwallis Rd. today and C3 Church. The microchip has an owner name (Stacy Barbour) but the address is no longer valid. If anyone knows who this pup belongs to, please PM me the info. DOG HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HER OWNERS,
