:My mom found a small poodle wondering Jordan road with a sweater on. She has been to every house trying to find the owner. We believe the dog is deaf because he wont respond when you speak to him. We do not want to take him to the shelter because after 3 days they will put him down and I am sure the owner misses him. If you hear of anyone missing there poodle please reply!
Have you had the dog scanned to see if there is a chip? Hopefully they had their dog microchipped and you can reunite them.
