We were out at Porter Farms this week picking stawberries and they were talking about a freezer strawberry salad. However they did not have a copy of the recipe. Anyone have this recipe? I checked the recipe exchange and it is not posted. Thanks for your help.

Try searching from a search engine such as google or yahoo, there are lots of yummy recipes and ideas for using up all those berries.

I realize that. I am just hoping someone has the Porter recipe.

I don't know if this is the same recipe..

    INGREDIENTS:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sweetened
    strawberries, partially thawed
    2 cups mini marshmallows
1 can (12 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
8 ounces whipped topping (about 3 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
    PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients; pour into a mold or freezer-safe dish and put in freezer. Freeze thoroughly. Take salad out 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges or squares to serve.
    Serves about 18 to 20.

Here is their email address if this is not the recipe

Thanks. We found one similar to this one and I also e-mailed Porters last week but have not heard from them. Hopefully they will respond this week. My wife would prefer to try a recipe that someone recommends.
    Thanks again for your help.
