Does anyone know about where I can bring my stuff to sell without having a garage sale at the house? Is that old Chops Steakhouse, Can i bring my stuff there on a Saturday, or do i have to contact someone to get permission? Thanks

I would get permission since it is private property.

The property is listed thru April Stephens with Remax. I would imagine she's easier to get a hold of than the owner of the property himself.

The owners of Chops only like to offer the parking lot to non-profits for sales, etc.

The gas station at 50/Saunders Rd always has tables set up in their parking lot with what looks like people selling yard sale stuff.

There is an area in Benson across from McDonalds where people sale their stuff. I believe it is $10 to have a spot there on Saturday. I've had my stuff out there once before and did pretty well. I will get the contact info for you.

Don Lee's charges $10 a day on the weekends. I believe it is free during the week.

Also, if you are headed to Fuquay on 42 there is a place on the left, just past Olives, that usually has people set up. I believe you pay at the store across the street to set up. I don't know how much they charge.

I found the info! You just go and set up and the property owners come around and collect your money then. I was told it is $10.
