The Murphey's just opened in front of Lowes on Brightleaf Blvd. and has gas for $2.21 a gallon. I filled up at the Hess ablock or so away for$2.19!!! :hurray:

Haven't seen THAT price in a while!!! 8)

That's one great thing about Murphy coming to town. They always shake up the established gas stations. I topped off at the Hess on Saturday, as well. I generally buy my gas from Wilco Hess because they are almost always have the cheapest gas (aside from Murphy) and I haven't seen any signs where they put the Ethanol in the gas. It seems to me that the ethanol blend burns up quicker and it seems my vehicles never even hiccup on the Hess gas.

FWIW, the BP on the corner of Booker Dairy Road is also participating in the competitive pricing, as well. I know some people are boycotting BP, but just thought I'd throw that out there.
