What: Annual Membership Meeting When: January 9, 2012 Time: 7:00 pm Where: GCAA Complex, Ag building 8994 Cleveland School Road Clayton NC, 27520 Who: Any parent who has child that played a sport at GCAA in 2011 are the membership of GCAA. The membership is responsible for voting on the Board of Directors each year. The GCAA Board of Directors meets the third Monday of each month at 7 PM. If you’ve ever wondered how it works, or what is involved, this is your chance. This is your opportunity to help make a difference for the kids in our wonderful community. Come out, ask questions, give your thoughts…just get involved. The Greater Cleveland Athletic Association (GCAA) Board of Directors needs new members! We need self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help guide this great organization forward. On the January 9th meeting all members are invited to vote on the candidates for the Board of Directors. There will be 7 at-large membership positions to be filled, plus 1 open seat. The executive positions (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer) will be voted on by the newly elected Board Members at the first regular Board of Directors meeting, directly following the general membership meeting, unless otherwise determined.
