Thank you! I have been waiting for this info. Do they typically cut a lot of kids after tryouts, or do they have a place for most of the kids that try out? These dates are difficult for us to attend (we're still in NY). We do have plans to go to JUSA tryouts, but I really wanted to attend these too. My son will be u12.
Depends on how many kids come out to try out, however, based on the past few years, the majority of kids, make a team. IF there are enough kids to form a new team that has the ability to compete (not just throw a team together just for the sake of having another team) we will explore that at the time of the tryouts. Currently there are 2 U12 teams (moving up from U11), 1 in the Challenge division and 1 in the Classic division.
Thank you alen! We managed to work it out so we can attend at least the first night, but probably not be able to stay for the second. My son Jack is really looking forward to it! I hope it's okay if he only goes one night. We can't wait to continue soccer down in NC.
