Glen Laurel Rd/42 - New Highway?

    At the red light, there are bulldozers clearing away trees and it looks like they're going to add road there. Any idea? It's right after Caterpillar plant at the red light.

    Caterpillar I believe is building an area to actually work some of their equipment testing site... not sure if that is it but somewhere around there... it'll be a giant dirt playground... :lol:
