Someone who is trustworthy & thorough. This is only for personal not business taxes. It may be complicated. We think they were filed wrong, but just don't understand it enough. So we need someone really good. We think we paid more than we should have had to. Also it is for North Carolina & Virginia (we had still had our house in VA & it was rented out for half of the year), not sure if a CPA has to be "certified" for multi state?
