I can not for the life of me find decent produce. I live in Clayton and do not feel like driving to the farmers market in Raleigh to get good produce. Food Lion and Lowe's foods are awful adn high priced. Any Suggestions?

    Thanks

Porter's Farms on Hwy 42 near Willow Spring has a nice selection of summer produce. If that is too far, maybe the Wilson's Mills place... can't think of the name right now... is closer. Durn, what is that name! :x

Doesn't Smithfield have a Farmer's Market now? Lee's Produce on Main Street sells a little bit of stuff.

Wilson's Family Market. But Porter's is much better and definitely worth the drive.

Ken's Produce, on Hwy. 50 in Garner, right near Ten-Ten Rd.

The State Farmer's Market is the only way to go, IMO.

L&G Farms has a stand at the corner of Corwallis and Cleveland School Road.
