They were a joke when they came to our house but we had the commercial stuck in our head and tried them! Expensive too! The sales guy would give one price then would have to call his boss to get a better price, and then call again and say if you buy today we will waive certain fees and so on.... Still they were higher then the place we got our carpet from! I reccomend getting a quote from Lowes and then calling USA Flooring in Raleigh and tell them the same quote from Lowes and they beat the Lowes quote and had it installed in a week and did a good job for us! http://www.usaflooringnc.com/
Agreed. Came to my house were ridiculously high, and could not install the next day as advertised. Don't know how they stay in business.
Go Local!!! We just had Crossroads Flooring at 40/210 put in all of our floors. Quick, perfectly priced, friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. And believe me I have shopped around at Lowes, Carpet One, and numerous other flooring places and they had the best price and were Johnny on the spot as far as putting all my flooring in! 989-0016
Thanks everyone for the recommendations. We actually had empire put in carpet to bedrooms and a Hall, but it was back in Aug (which apparently is slow time) and a new guy. We got a GREAT deal, got it installed the very next day, and they matched the price of Lowes for a really good quality carpet and pad, and actually undercharged a little. Well now such luck when we called them back to do the Master bedroom, they wanted to charge $500 more for a smaller square yardage!! Apparently now is a busy time and they have no inclination to match prices. So now we want to look elsewhere.
