Unfortuately, its just another indicator of the times we live in, but it also points out how valuable a cell phone can be. The best thing to do in that case is probably to roll down the window slightly and ask them do they need the Highway Patrol?
Jester....dittos. We all want to be helpful, but it is such a risk. It would be nice to know what time of day this happened. U know...day time, might be more apt to stop.
