Yesterday, we carried our Dalmatian for her first vist at Stage Road Animal Hospital. It was a wonderful experience. Nice facility, very nice staff, excellent vet who spent a great deal of time with us and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a vet. We had been going to Banfield in Petsmart and never had any problems but we've got several friends who use Stage Road Animal Hospital and have told us how much cheaper it is that other places. We found that to be true also. We were very pleasantly surprised what our total bill was for an ( overdue ) checkup, shots, tests, and medication. In our past experiences, this office visit would have been twice what they charged. We will definitely make them our pet's doctor from now on.

I have nothing but positive to say about Stage Road. They are so kind, and they actually listen to you about your pet. My German Shepherd had a horrible experience at a vet when he was a puppy, and ever since it has been just awful taking him. His first visit to Stage Road was when he got fixed, and it was actually the most positive experience he's had at the vet! Obviously he's still not excited to go, but he's no longer a quivering mess when I take him.

The number at Stage Road is 639-3337 or 639-4663

Another HAPPY Customer of Stage Road. They love our Cat & Dog children.

Side Bar - They now have 3 vets in the practice. Way less waiting.

We have a 4 year old Dalmatian who was about a year and half overdue for a vet visit. Therefore, we asked for "the works". We spent $93 for the office visit, nail clipping, heartworm test, rabies vaccine, fecal worm test, and some other shot. This also included medication for hookworms that they found on exam. As I said earlier, we were very surprised with this bill - we would have certainly thought it would be double considering all they did and the time they took with out dog.

I've been taking my pets there for many years. LOVE THEM! My brother now drives all the way from the other side of Clayton to take his cats there because the vet he used to go to was so ridiculously overpriced for routine stuff.

Another satisfied customer here as well. We take our 3 cats and 1 Golden Retriever there and they get top notch care. Won't go anywhere else as long as the level care stays the same.
