Is there anyone local that competes with Griffs?

I take my mowers to a friend's father who tinkers on the side. I used Griff and was not at all happy. The guy I use lives on hwy 50. Would like me to see if he would like some extra work? He does a good job.

I am sure he would do an excellent job, but I do prefer to work with an established business or at least someone who advertises a bit. Thanks though.

What do you consider local? Hudsons does repair work.

    Lambert's

We tried Griff's last year and have gone back to Lambert's in Smithfield. They are right where 210 meets 70.
Very nice and competent people at Lambert's. Griff's was lacking in both these areas.

I used Griff's last year. I thought they did a great job, and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

i very rarely use a small engine repair mechanic, DH does most everything himself, he actually worked as one when he was a teenager to about 21 but when he does not have the time due to work, we have used Griff's and DH has never complained, said they are great.
