I have an old grill that I need rid of. Does anyone know of somewhere I can take it to be recycled? If anyone wants it, it's yours!

What kind of grill is it?

I forget the brand. It's one of the $100-120 type models, black. It's rusted and my husband has been using it as a charcoal/gas grill combo. It definitely works, it's just not very pretty.

You can take it to any JoCo disposal site if you have the orange sticker of course.

I don't have a sticker, and really wanted to recycle it. Would they recycle it there?

You don't need a sticker for recycling, the question is if they will accept the grill as "Recycling" I doubt they will, Odds are good it would go to landfill.

That I don't know but I do know they have a separate container for like old refrigerators, stoves, grills and the like from the regular garbage.

Take it to Wise recycling in Clayton. You may get a few bucks for it. Anyone can go there, just pull up on the scales, dump your metal, re-weigh, and you get paid for the tare weight for that specific metal.
