I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with Pet Perfection on Hwy 210. My mother took her dog there and they did a horrible job and refused to finish him. She left crying and the owner of the shop told her to never come back. Any other experiences with these people out there?

Wow~ That doesn't sound like Kerri. I have not been to her new location but we use to take our poodle to her all the time when she was on 42. Right now we are going to Doggy Doz in Clayton. They did a good job on both our poodle and our cockerspaniel (which it was her first haircut).

But as far as Per Perfection, I am surprisedl Like I said, this does not sound like Kerri at all.

We've only heard one side of the story so far.

And we have seen this before where an individuals one and only post is an attack on a business.

We LOVE Kerri & Pet Perfection!!! We have Boarded there too! No issues, fine care of our 4 legged child.

I took a couple of my dogs to Kerri when she was on HWY42 (last time was about 7 years ago) She was very nice, very professional and she did a really good job on my shaggy mutts. I can not picture Kerri being rude to anyone, or doing a "horrible job."

Because of trying to schedule time out of my day to drop off and pick up, and general convenience reasons, and me being such a worry wart when it comes to my critters, when I heard about Bark & Bath Mobile Grooming, I made the switch and have been thrilled with Jean!

Strange though, the OP's very first post here on 4042 is to diss someone.

I would not say that I am "dissing" anyone. If you read my post, I am only inquiring if this in an isolated incident. This was my mother's first experience with Pet Perfection and she is extremely protective over her dog. But, I feel that compassion was in order instead of rudeness. Yes, this is my first post. I have been on here and read community responses before and thought that this would be a good forum to ask a question of a local business. I am glad to hear that other people have had positive experiences at Pet Perfection.
