Does anyone use them? I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

I take my boys there (3 & 2). I have no complaints. They get us in quickly if need be...meaning same day. They have an after hour nurse's hotline available, at an extra charge though, so I don't like that. The pediatrician's have all been very attentive and friendly to the kids.

Anything more specific you would like to know?

Pretty good pediatric practice from what I've heard. Only negatives I've heard of from the few people I know that go say that you rarely (if ever) see the senior pediatrician (Dr. Poole) in the Clayton office and that they rarely have the same doctors there on a regular basis. The best ones stay in Wake County. From those accounts, the practice must have like 12 doctors and a high turnover. Of course, I think their practice has like 4 or 5 offices, so that can be a plus if needing to see a doctor, but familiar faces probably would be a good thing for young ones to alleviate unnecessary dread about going to the doctor.
