Poor dog.... hope he finds a home who deserves him. And shame on daughter - hopefully she doesn't tire of the New One anytime soon. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: _______________________________________________________________ Free to a good home Ad Number: 140773 Date Posted: 08/04/2010 Contact: Mom Four Oaks, NC Telephone: E-Mail: Reply to Ad Web Site: Description I have a lab who has been in my family for 3 yrs. He is house trained and does well outdoors without being chained. He may roam around but never leaves the yard. I am only needed him in another home because my daughter just got a small dog.I do not want to have both. He is a very good dog and does well with children. _____________________________________________________________ Just had to vent. (And nope - I can't take him because I have 4 already plus a cat so...........or I would)
This is how we got our cat, a friend had her (for 2 yrs) and her other cat (9 yrs), then she took in a stray that didnt get along with the 2 cats, so she was going to put them in a shelter, her bil took the older cat, and we drove up to VA and got the other one. I'll never understand :?: :?: :?:
Thats just so sad and wrong... if you have one pet and bring another into the household and they don't get along, your responsibility should be to the first pet that you made a committment to. The first pet doesn't understand this new intrusion and certainly doesn't understand why he should have to be uprooted when he's done nothing wrong. :?
Hey, pets are nothing but a disposable amusement- when they aren't puppies/ kittens any more, or when they eat/crap/bark/meow too much you just kick 'em to the curb and get another one when you feel like it. I just don't see the problem: do you cry when you replace your toaster? Same thing... (EXTREME sarcasm intended)
I actually responded to the ad asking for more information about the poor dog and if she had pictures. That was on Thursday and no response yet...
