Handyman Service

I know there are several Handyman Services listed in the directories and even a few banners, but I would like to have some "4042er" recommendations. We need a fairly simple job done. Any recommendations about someone who is reasonably priced, prompt, and does quality work? Thanks!

He has power washed our house, and the company DH works for has used his services for a small upfit at his office. He's good, reliable, does the work himself, insured and always appreciates a job offer.
