My son is 3 so in an attempt to try and focus on the reason for Christmas we bought a "Happy Birthday Jesus" cake and he got a birthday balloon that we put with our nativity scene.
My uncle bought a cake for our dinner today, and when my 3 yo saw it he wanted to sing happy b-day to Jesus, so we did. Then he was looking for a candle to blow out, and i had to explain to him that we didn't have one for him to blow out, I think he was confused. But he was happy to sing to him nonetheless.
