My son called me today and told me he would by home by Labor Day weekend!!!!!!! His leave is approve, his car is fixed and he will be leaving either the night of the 31st or the morning of the 1st! I am so happy!!!!!!! I cannot wait to give him a big ole hug! I will have him for over a week before the girlfriend comes to meet us. Yes Kaci, I know your feelings, but at least she is coming here to meet him while we are here. Right now, I just don't care. I am just so happy that my son is coming home!!! I still want to do a cookout for him, but I am sure most already have Labor Day plans, so it would probably be the weekend after Labor Day. I just cannot express how this has made me feel considerin how I have been feeling. I have even gotten about 1/2 of the upper walls in my dining room painted!!!! After he told me when he was coming home, I did sit down and cry, but this time I knew what I was crying about and they were happy tears...especially when he told me that he loved me very much and missed me and needed to see his mom!

hey that is ok. You have a lot on your mind also with the wedding and everything. Don't worry about it. I run like that most of the time with how I have been feeling. Hey, maybe I can bring him out on night over the CDH....have to see what his plans are. Even though he can't drink, can take him out to eat and maybe him and his dad can play some pool.
