Word on the street is that Harris Teeter will be the anchor grocery store .

Just like ALL the "words on the street", I'll believe it when the doors open!!! :)

I would agree on the Publix, HT at Flowers is close enough if we could have a Publix in Clayton too!

My vote for the next grocery store in the area is a Whole Foods. Have to go all the way to Raleigh or Cary for a Whole Foods. Clayton, Garner, even FV would be better than driving to Raleigh or Cary for it.

Another vote for Whole Foods. We make the drive weekly and will continue to until we have a closer option.

I am sorry but a Whole Paycheck Foods is one thing I don't lust after.

I think Harris Teeter is outrageously expensive. I'd much rather have a an Aldi's.

Hormone & antibiotic free meats are what keeps me going back. Plus their meats just simply taste better without all the additives.

Yes, I've been to that one, it's too far away from Clayton for me...it's quicker to go to the one in Cary via I-40, than drive down 42....just wishing for one closer...:)

The only thing I need a Wegman's for is they carry the diet Segrams Raspberry Ginger ale I like
