Yeah, in Wake County eons ago. 55 bucks at the courthouse for their DIY Divorce Kit. This includes serving, court costs, and the decree (which, BTW you type up the paperwork yourself from a template) and then the judge signs it. You do have to get paperwork notarized. Easy peasy.

 

I think she is talking about people who can not find their spouse and have to run ads in the paper saying that they are filing or whatever so that they can get a divorce.

 

I know some who did that, they just had to post an ad in the paper of where they thought the skank might live.
