    My wife and I were taking a walk this afternoon when I mentioned I was looking forward to 12/22.

    She asked why.

    I said it would be the start of the days getting longer to the glorious day of daylight savings time and back to my beloved Spring and Summer times when it is hot and you have light past 8 pm and you have tomatoes "on the vine!!

    You need a pole for that, and I haven't been in a strip club in at least a decade!

    When I gave up drinking they didn't look so festive!
