I had posted a few weeks back about summer camp options in Johnston County and appreciate your feedback. I will be enrolling my daughter at the Y for summer camp. However... I just realized that they do not start until mid-June and my daughter's school gets out on June 2. If you know of someone in the Dixon Road Elementary area who has a babysitter that they have used or can recommend someone that can provide full day care for those 2 weeks or so, I would greatly appreciate it. We move to the area during the last week in April but she will finish out the school year in Fayetteville. Please feel free to send me a private message. Serious replies only. Thanks in advance. check the 'employment' section of the classifieds on here...I saw 3 or 4 high school girls looking for babysitting jobs....
THe problem with the high school kids is that they have school themselves. My kiddo does not get out until the 12th -or so.
That's the primary reason for the Y not starting until a week later is due to the high school and college kids not being out of school yet. They make up the majority of the summer staff. Still an excellent program and highly recommended

I've only watched M&R's 2 a hadfull of times, once alone and the other's with DH there, we ALWAYS put them to work! They clean the garage, or help plant flowers. And we spoil them with pizza for lunch or DD for breakfast and all the sodas they want. :mrgreen: :lol: They just need to be able to walk to the fridge for beer and to get my cigs :lol::lol: I know, I'm such a good role model. :twisted:
