What is the name of the company that does the billing for these guys....I need a phone number and a bill copy for the insurance.... Also need Four Oaks EMS info.... Short of stopping by there I have no idea how to get it. I can't find a website with any info... i thought it was someplace in Dunn but who knows with me...

thank you one and all. and NO I do not owe them any money but I want a bill anyway....(my insurance company paid it but I need proof for the other insurance co. from the accident) I am so confused!!!!!!
