I agree, but somehow 4 pairs have made their way to my house. I won't wear them in public though and have threatened the other members of my household on their life if they wear them anywhere other than the yard while the dog does her business.
I haven't brought myself around to buying a pair of crocs yet, although the new ones that look sort of like Sperrys are okay. I did buy a pair of similar Airwalks just to throw on to wear outside...in the dark...when no one is looking. I must admit that heels can get me in trouble. It never fails, I hear that sound and it catches my attention and I look. I can't help it (and its just a quick glance) yet I always get that same ole look from my wife if she's with me. Anyway, they may be murder for a woman to walk in, but they sure accent a lady's apparel nicely. Well, most of the time. I'm surprised Crocs haven't figured out a way to make a heel...or at least a pump. I'm sure it would be ugly!
LOL.....I'm the same way. Must be the way men are wired and why women wear them, though they do accent the leg nicely. Craig
One more thing about crocs - if you wear them to do yard work, they leave really stupid tan lines on your feet.
I don't care how ugly they are. If you have to stand on your feet for long periods of time there's nothing more comfortable then a pair of Crocs. That's why you see them on the feet of nurses, vet techs, groomers, etc.
they make way more cuter shoes that are comfortable.....and made them way before crocks came out.... Dansko Birkenstocks Clarks Sanita's just sayin'
They do make high heels!! http://www.crocs.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-crocs_us-Site/default/Search-Show?q=10122
