Does anyone know a place that is looking for volunteers on Christmas Day? I was thinking of a serving dinner to the homeless or helping out at a domestic abuse shelter kind of thing.

I would prefer Clayton/Garner over Raleigh.

    Thanks!

Try sending a PM to Kent. He is one awesome person who helps out all of the time.

    You have a big heart,

Our family did that one year for Thanksgiving when the kids were in elementary school. It was an awesome experience. We actually cooked a turkey and took it with us to add to what food they had prepared. This was at a homeless shelter for families in Baltimore so I can not offer any suggestions other than contacting INTERACT in Raleigh and asking them for suggestions.
