i don't know at this point, i saw it on the news at lunch time and they interviewed the poor victim in the hospital and he said the guy was speeding down his road while he was walking his dog and he yelled for the guy to slow down. The criminal then went down the street, turned around, and proceeded to run him down:shock: The said on the news that he was charged with DUI, Driving Without a License, and Attempted Murder so far, more charges may probably follow. i guess his legality will come out eventually.
Illegal or not, I'm sure the guy who was hit will more than likely have to pay his own hospital bills as well! If he had no license, then I wonder who's car it was and if they have insurance...probably not...but I'm hoping for the injured guy's sake there is insurance of some kind to offset medical costs involved!:evil:
