nope still up, they had it down for awhile yesterday working in the yard - wish you had bought it:cry:
what a mess, i just want some good neighbors that are gonna stay - wonder how that certain person's stuff is affecting it, he obviously is determined to sell
it's technically still "under contract" .... when / if mama ape looks at the listing it will show that it's under contract, but the date is in December, which is the original date it was to be sold had he not screwed up the whole thing.
that is unless something's changed in the last 48 hours that ms thang hasn't called to tell me about. :mrgreen:
i need to give her a call, she called last week and i meant to call her back that nite, then totally forgot about it
